Once spanning 2,053 feet across and 301 feet above the Kinzua Creek Valley, the Kinzua Viaduct has spanned the years of its existence in many forms. In 1963, the land surrounding the Kinzua Bridge was firmly established as one of Pennsylvania’s state parks. Kinzua Bridge State Park has since turned into probably one of the top attractions in Pennsylvania for visitors worldwide! Even though part of the bridge collapsed during an F1 tornado in 2003, the remains, and the Kinzua Skywalk which first opened in 2011, still stands as a testament to the power of railroad engineering and nature. Today, in order to take in the bridge's monstrous size and the beauty that surrounds the bridge itself, thousands of spectators flock in droves to walk the Kinzua Skywalk, which was named “One of the Top 3 Skywalks in the World.” This anniversary edition T-shirt was created by the Kinzua Bridge Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to preserving the Kinzua Bridge. This shirt is an awesome way for people to carry on the legend of the Kinzua Viaduct now and for generations to come.
