Kinzua Viaduct Wooden Postcard

Kane Historical Preservation Society

Kinzua Viaduct Wooden Postcard

$5.95

Send your family and friends something unique during your visit to Kinzua Bridge State Park with these wooden postcards! Featuring original artwork by local artist Dennis Driscoll of a train crossing the Kinzua Viaduct, this two-ply cherry veneer postcard can actually be mailed like any other postcard, or keep one for yourself for a souvenir of your own or creative decor for your home. The cherry wood is harvested in Kane, Pennsylvania, which is also known as the black cherry capital of the world, and can be seasoned or aged by leaving the postcard in sunlight to darken and accentuate the grain of the wood. If you're looking for a different kind of postcard to send out to family and friends, this is the postcard for you!

Hand-made from two pieces of 1/200" (.005) thick veneer cherry.
